For the third consecutive year, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center was voted one of the "Best Places to Work in the Valley" by The Phoenix Business Journal, and has been recognized as the "No. 1 Small Acute Care Hospital" by Arizona Business Magazine's Ranking Arizona. 

Mercy Gilbert Medical Center has also been ranked the "No. 1 Healing Hospital™ in the Nation" by the Baptist Healing Trust.  The hospital also received the honor of being named "Rookie of the Year” in 2007 by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.
