Preparing for Surgery


Pre–Operative Testing


If you need pre-operative testing, it should be completed 48 hours prior to your procedure, or as directed by your doctor.

 
You may have your testing done at any Dignity Health facility, including Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center or one of our three Urgent Care Centers. No appointment is necessary.

Hours and Directions

Mercy Gilbert Medical Center Outpatient Services
Check in at the Outpatient Services registration desk for all testing. If after hours, check in at Emergency Services registration.

  • 6 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Monday through Friday

 

Chandler Regional Medical Center Pre–Operative Testing
Enter the hospital through the main entrance and check in at the Admitting Registration station in the main lobby.

  • 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. – Monday through Friday
  • 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Saturday

Urgent Care Centers are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the year, including holidays.

    (Gilbert Road south of Baseline)

    (Power Road south of Pecos)
