The Nutrition Services Department provides safe, nutritious food to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center's patients, staff and visitors.

The department assesses the nutritional status of patients determined to be at nutrition risk, plans or recommends treatment changes which may help improve the patient's nutrition status, and provides nutrition education to patients, family and caregiver as needed.
