Policies & Procedures

All investigators and team members engaged in research approved by a Dignity Health IRB are subject to all federal and state regulations, as well as Dignity Health system-wide policies and procedures. This includes all local Dignity Health hospital policies and procedures that govern the conduct and oversight of research. Dignity Health also maintains a single Federalwide Assurance with the United States Department of Health & Human Services.

Dignity Health IRB members, investigators and research team members can access all system-wide and local policies and procedures through the iMedRIS system. iMedRIS is Dignity Health’s web-based research submission, tracking and IRB management tool.
