Adult Volunteer Information

Adults over the age of 18 interested in becoming a volunteer may view our pre-orientation  video. Once the pre-orientation is complete, individuals have the opportunity to fill out our Volunteer Program Application.

Requirements to become a volunteer include but are not limited to:

• Must be 18 years of age and out of high school
• A minimum six-month commitment is required
• Completion of the online pre-orientation video and application
• A one-on-one interview and completion of orientation at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
• Purchase of a $20 tax-deductible uniform

• Mandatory Annual Safety Fair and Health FY13 Quiz (feel free to check your answers on the Self Test Answer Key)
• FY 13 Volunteer Self Evaluation
• Acknowledgement Form for Dignity Health's Network Usage Policy

If you need help or if you do not have access to a printer, please come by the volunteer office.
