Mind Body Skills Groups

Mind Body Skills Groups are small groups that teach self-awareness, relaxation techniques, meditation, guided imagery and self-expression to help deal with cancer, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, pain and other life stressors. Classes are two hours for eight weeks with a commitment for participants to attend all eight sessions.
