Paul A. Szablowski is Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations for Dignity Health’s East Valley service area in Arizona, one of the fastest growing and most competitive health care markets in the nation.
In this capacity, Paul is responsible for the integrated marketing and public relation functions; the ResourceLink call center; and brand development, messaging, and business development and strategy efforts on behalf of Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers, Urgent Care centers in Ahwatukee, Gilbert and Queen Creek, in addition to helping raise awareness of the Dignity Health system in Arizona.
Prior to joining Dignity Health, Paul originated and developed “Expectations Analysis,” a service model designed to assist service businesses in recognizing the complexity of customer inputs, service delivery mechanisms and outcomes. In this capacity, he customized the model to help businesses in industries ranging from secondary education and healthcare to financial services and aviation.
Paul has shared his healthcare marketing expertise throughout the industry in presentations with the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the Health Care Public Relations and Marketing Society of America. He has been published in Marketing Health Services, Managed Care Quarterly and the Healthcare Marketing Report.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. He volunteers on the board of directors for the Valley’s Public Broadcasting System station, KAET, and the Gilbert Historical Society.
