2011 Award

The Phoenix Business Journal has announced the winners of a new award honoring the most outstanding health and wellness programs Valley-wide, recognizing all three Dignity Health Arizona hospitals. Mercy Gilbert ranked No. 7 among 45 companies that competed for the Valley's Healthiest Employers 2011 award.

The Valley's Healthiest Employers award was created to recognize companies that are committed to creating a healthy workplace. The assessment was comprised of six key categories including: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions and reporting and analysis.
